CASCO was formed by a group of local retail real estate investors in the early 1990’s for the purpose of networking, education and best practices.
Over the years, the group has grown to a vibrant organization of nearly 50 members who work together to elevate the practice of real estate among companies all over Chicagoland. The CASCO organization is the only group of its kind in the area, providing educational meetings, charitable sponsorships, networking events and advocacy initiatives to retail investors.

We recently had our annual CASCO luncheon. Our members had a wonderful time listening to guest Speaker Alexi Giannoulias, the Illinois Secretary of State.

Each year CASCO grants scholarships for young people to enter the field of Commercial Real Estate. We love supporting their passions and look forward to seeing them succeed.
